 Catherine Brown, R.N., A.S.N.,
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Nurse
Ms. Brown, an Owensboro, Kentucky native, joined the NFC team in February in 2003.
She received an Associate of Science nursing degree in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to receiving her R.N. degree,
Ms. Brown was an LPN for 10 years. She has a background in OB-GYN, Surgical and Post-Surgical Nursing, and Cardiology at Boca Community Hospital. While on the staff at Boca Community Hospital,
Ms. Brown served as charge nurse and preceptor to student nurses. Her past experience provides
her with a solid background to provide her patients with personal and supportive care.
Since becoming an IVF nurse at NFC, Ms. Brown has been coordinating patient IVF cycles, teaching IVF class and
has provided her patients with that "personal touch" that is so important during this stressful time.
