Fertilization (IVF) Nurse
Mrs. Griffin is
originally from Hopkinsville, Kentucky. She received a BA from Centre
College in 1998, and graduated Cum Laude from The Catholic University of
America where she earned her BA in Nursing. After graduation she worked
as a birth assistant at a free-standing birth center. She also worked as
a labor and delivery nurse in an underserved area of Maryland for almost
2 years. These experiences led to her fascination with reproduction and
fertility.
Mrs. Griffin has
experience as an IVF nurse at Shady Grove Fertility Center in Maryland and
at Nashville Fertility Center. She has coordinated hundreds of IVF cycles
for very diverse patient populations and has coordinated both shared and
ICED (banked frozen donor eggs) donor egg cycles. As an IVF nurse at NFC,
she is gratified to draw on her diverse experience to help couples achieve
their dreams of parenthood.
