 Susan "Sue" Tremblay, R.N.C., M.S.N., W.H.N.P.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Nurse
Ms. Tremblay is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in the field of Women's Health.
Prior to joining Nashville Fertility Center in May of 2003, she served as a primary care
nurse at an Obstetric and Gynecological Practice in Nashville and as a Nurse Practitioner in
a Family Practice in East Tennessee.
Ms. Tremblay completed a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School
of Nursing and the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (W.H.N.P.) Program in 2000. While in nursing school, she
was awarded the Frances H. Ziegler Tunnel Honor Scholarship for Nursing and was inducted into the
Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She also completed a
Bachelor of Science
degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Florida.
Ms. Tremblay's varied background and education give her a unique perspective on infertility
that enables her to assist patients through their IVF cycles. She is excited for the opportunity to
work in this field and hopes to provide patients with support during a very stressful time in their
lives.
