Finally she returned to RBA and served as the IVF Lab supervisor for 8 years.

Ms. Jones received a Masters degree with honors from Donau University of Krems in Austria and has worked in labs in the United States, Europe, and Asia. She has won awards for her work in the area of oocyte cryopreservation. She has several publications in journals such as Human Reproduction and Fertility and Sterility and has presented her research at national and international meetings.

In addition to establishing the embryo vitrification program at Nashville Fertility Center, in 2009 Ms Jones developed the oocyte vitrifcation program at NFC and this program has proven to be successful and has altered the way we manage our egg donor and recipients.

She currently serves on the board of the College of Reproductive Biology of the American Association of Bioanalysts and serves as an off-site IVF lab director.
