Nashville Fertility

Roe v. Wade

With Friday’s overruling of Roe v. Wade, we know many of our patients have concerns about how this may impact fertility care. At present, this ruling does not impact the day-to-day operations of a fertility clinic and the delivery of fertility care, including oocyte (egg)/embryo/sperm cryopreservation (freezing), in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), embryo biopsy and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), embryo transfer and disposition of embryos. NFC patients will continue to maintain control of their frozen eggs, sperm and/or embryos, where they go and what is done with them.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will alert patients immediately in the event of any relevant changes to Tennessee law that impact the care we give our patients.

We know that many of our patients have fears and questions. We encourage you to reach out to your physician to answer any questions you may have. We are here for you and we are committed to helping our patients, past, present and future, build their families when they are ready.
