Colleen Miller, MD

Colleen M. Miller, MD, is a double board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist. Dr. Miller understands that every patient’s fertility journey is deeply personal, and she partners closely with individuals and families to help them navigate the path to parenthood with clarity, compassion, and confidence. She provides evidence-based diagnosis and customized treatment plans designed around each patient’s goals and circumstances. 

Dr. Miller’s clinical interests include IVF, recurrent pregnancy loss, fertility preservation, endometriosis, and reproductive technology that supports personalized family building. She is passionate about empowering patients with education and ensuring they feel supported and informed. 

A strong foundation in research and reproductive science 

Dr. Miller completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where she also earned a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences in REI. Her research explored the regenerative effects of exosomes on human endometrial cells, and she authored multiple peer-reviewed studies in Fertility and Sterility and the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics. One of her studies was selected for discussion during the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s global journal club, and her work has been featured through oral, video, and poster presentations at international REI conferences. 

Education and training rooted in excellence 

Dr. Miller completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, where she was selected for a research elective at Johns Hopkins University. She also served as an American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Gellhaus Advocacy Fellow, advancing national conversations around maternal health and patient access to care. 

She grew up in the Cincinnati area and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University with a minor in Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies. She stayed in Columbus to obtain her medical degree from Ohio State, during which she held multiple peer-elected leadership positions and received an award for excellence in professionalism.

Dr. Miller has been providing fertility care to patients in Middle Tennessee since 2022 and is excited to continue providing expert care with Nashville Fertility Center.  D
