Meet Our Fertility Clinic Staff Kelley Whitaker, MSN, WHNP-BC Clinical Nurse Supervisor, Nurse Practitioner
Practitioner. She has worked in the field of infertility since joining Nashville Fertility Center in 2005. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Over the years working with couples encountering infertility, Kelley has learned of the emotional difficulties facing these patients. Her goal is to provide excellent patient care in an environment that is compassionate towards these struggles. She is greatly rewarded in her career and hopes to help every patient achieve their goal of becoming a parent. Kelley’s primary role at NFC is as the nursing supervisor in the clinic, and she also performs ultrasounds and saline infusion sonohysterograms, and she works with patients diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
Patty Newman, RDMS Ultrasonographer
Patty has earned an Associates of Science degree, and is Board-Certified in Radiology. She served as clinical instructor at Metro General Hospital’s School of Radiology from 1984 until 1990. She became Board Certified in OB/Gyn Ultrasound in 1992. She has performed ultrasounds over the years in various OB/Gyn offices, Centennial Womens Hospital and Saint Thomas Hospital. Patty has now been with NFC for 16 years. Patty’s extensive experience makes her an invaluable member of the team at NFC.
